This project presented a unique challenge for our team. We took over the design during the column installation phase, after the foundation had already been completed, due to the owner’s dissatisfaction with the previous architect’s design. As a result, we had to work within the constraints of the existing columns and overall floor area.
Our approach began with a complete redesign of the floor plan, followed by key structural and ceiling height adjustments to bring the new design vision to life. Throughout the process, our team collaborated closely with the client, project managers, and engineers to deliver a cohesive and functional result that aligned with the project’s goals and elevated the overall aesthetic.
